about Christina

Christina Geidt, certified in the Wonderweeks Infant Mental Health and Development Foundation Program and in the Sleepy on Hudson sleep training program, is a hard core "routinist" by nature. An expert in creating a solution that is right for your baby and for you, Christina knows first-hand the juggle of work and babies — and is highly experienced in getting the whole family on track.

She has been changing nights (and we would argue lives) for her very lucky and loved clients ...

Christina was an absolute delight to work with. She became an instant part of our ‘Team Sleep’ for my son. She was not only encouraging and always available but realistic, which I valued most. If something didn’t go exactly according to plan she gave us the tools we needed to adjust accordingly. Before her two kids came along, she had a successful career in the hospitality business, where the key to her success was built on her passion for organization and communication.  Once she became a Mama to Easton, 3 and Bauer, almost 2, the kids (and their sleep) became her passion. 

Every little aspect of her sleep consulting is part of a larger master plan to ensure both you and your kids can have healthy solid sleep.  With her type A personality, she wouldn’t have it any other way.  With her detailed and easy to follow schedule, she will help you create boundaries and consistency that will help you and your family sleep. Ultimately as the parent, it will be up to you to put in the hard work that it takes but after a few short weeks you will see the amazing positive affects sleep will have on both you and your little ones.

Now Sophia falls asleep on her own, and stays asleep. Some days she even takes two hour naps and regularly sleeps 12 hours at night! She is a happier baby now! We couldn’t have done it without Christina! It’s been a pleasure working with her and I would recommend her to everyone!

In the course of two short weeks, Christina accomplished every goal I had for myself and Will, including ones I frankly didn’t think were possible at this point. She helped get us on a healthy daily schedule, improved W’s night sleep, figured out how to move his bedtime up so I could spend time with both my boys at the end of the day, and set up a structure so W could put himself to sleep for both naps and nighttime in his crib and then stay asleep until he has gotten enough rest. Even writing out this list, I am in shock at what she accomplished for me!
