Lindsay Rothman, MS Ed., is Sleepy On Hudson's infant and baby specialist. As a mother of two (Dylan, 4 and Cece, 2), Lindsay has the personal and professional experience to help her clients take the right steps forward in the first months of parenthood.  She will develop a sleep schedule for nights and naps that is right for your parenting style and baby's temperament. Lindsay is also very experienced and successful at creating and implementing sleep training plans. 

Lindsay is our best product guru. She scouts out the latest and greatest gear and techniques and often has hands-on experience with everything she finds.  

Whether you need help for the first few months, an 'official' sleep training plan, or a customized list of products for your nursery, registry, or family, Lindsay is a valuable combination of sleep expert, mother, and friend. She is the perfect source for all your infant and baby sleep concerns. 

I can’t stop raving about Sleepy on Hudson. My 15 month old cosleeping baby who was an absolutely horrible sleeper was somehow, gently transformed into someone who sleeps peacefully 12 hours a night and wakes up happy. I actually didn’t think he was capable of sleeping this well and Lindsay assured me all along that he was. She was my sounding board, cheerleader and voice of reason during this process, and I feel completely indebted to her.

We turned to Lindsay when our four month old began going through a sleep regression. Lindsay did an amazing job finding out about my little one’s current schedule and his personality before laying out a sleep plan for him. She explained the whole process to us over the phone and via email. Within a few days, my little one was sleeping through the night and was back to his happy self. She also has been checking in frequently to follow up. We are so grateful for what she has done!
Since I found out that I was pregnant, I knew I had to break my 15 month old from co-sleeping since he was waking up every two hours. It was affecting my sleep and my marriage.
