    Program Options:

    core methods and routines includes:

     

    1. Initial Sleep Conversation
    2. History Form Questionnaire and Analysis
    3. 60 to 90 minute Sleep Consultation (done either over the phone or in your home)
    4. Written Individualized Sleep Plan - with detailed schedules, nap and bedtime routines, as well as a step by step guide to help you put your changes into place effectively and efficiently
    5. 5-8 one on one support phone calls (90 minutes total) 
    6. Email support in lieu of a support phone call during duration of coaching
    7. Texting support in lieu of a support phone call during duration of coaching
    8. 2 one on one support phone calls or 5-7 emails during the 6 months following the initial consultation - for sleep plan maintenance and sleep hurdle support

     

    $375 (payment in accepted via credit card or check after the in-home visit or phone consultation)

    this price is per family, it includes multiples and siblings

    Option to purchase additional follow up support by the hour, $100

     


     fine tuning ~ this option is perfect for the families that are almost there but still need help and support for one aspect of sleep, such as naps, the preparation for a new sibling, or difficulty with sleep on vacation, jet lag and the like.  This program is done over the phone and inclues 1 to 2 follow up calls depending on the length of our initial conversation. $100 (payment is accepted via credit card at the start of the phone call, pay pal is another option)
